The Nifty Whisper is a nifty little feature if you have more than one phone number pointing to your phone. When you order an 0800 number, it is routed to either an existing landline or mobile phone number. Therefore, when somebody phones you, you don't know if they are phoning your 0800 number or your original landline or mobile number. This is fine if you use your existing landline or mobile number for business anyway, but if it is used for personal calls then you have no idea if it is a business call or personal call on the phone. The Nifty Whisper can be personalised to say whatever you want, for example "0800 number call" or "business call" or the name of your company.
Nifty Greetings
This feature is a nifty way of making your customers feel special, by giving them a personalised greeting when they phone your 0800 number. You can record whatever greeting you like.
Nifty Voicemail
This nifty feature gives you a personalised voicemail on your 0800 number. You can leave a recorded message for people calling you, and they can leave a message for you in your nifty voicemail inbox. Any messages left will also be emailed to you, as will the numbers of any callers who don't leave a message, so you don't miss any customers or potential customers, and can always deliver a nifty service!
Nifty Fax to Email
Fax to Email is a particularly nifty invention! Firstly, it means that you will have an 0800 fax number as well as an 0800 telephone number, so that they match. But it also means that when people send you a fax, it gets converted to a PDF document and sent straight to your email inbox. So, you don't have to have a fax machine left switched on all the time, and it saves you on paper, ink and electricity. Nifty!
